The Weeknd is no stranger to costume makeup.

However, in his new music video for “Save Your Tears,” he certainly took it to…another level.

For real, I can’t stop looking at these prosthetics.

However, some fans think that the plastic surgery look is a reference to his ex — Bella Hadid.

Over the years, Bella has been in the middle of a ton of plastic surgery rumors.

Bella has previously denied the rumors, saying, “People think I got all this surgery or did this or that. And you know what? We can do a scan of my face, darling. I’m scared of putting fillers into my lips. I wouldn’t want to mess up my face.”

This isn’t the only potential Bella Hadid / plastic surgery reference in The Weeknd’s work — check out this verse in “Escape From LA”:

Lyrics which read, "LA girls all look the same / I can't recognize / The same work done on they face" and then a reference to "Chrome Hearts hangin' from her neck"

FYI, Bella was raised in LA and Chrome Hearts is a brand she’s has worked with many times — she’s even had a collection with them.

However, others think that prosthetics are more likely a reference to The Weeknd’s persona’s face being beaten up and bandaged in previous music videos:

What do you think of the fan theories? Do you think it’s plausible or nah? LMK in the comments!
