A pair of waterproof Birkenstock sandals perfect for when you don’t want April showers to to turn into May “shoot, I’ve ruined my $150 suede sandals.” They’re also a pretty good dupe for regular Birks for $100 less.
Reviewers consistently advise you to order a size down and even though Birkenstocks generally run large, and some think these run a little bigger than other Birkenstocks. Order accordingly and remember, Nordstrom has an AMAZING returns and exchange policy, so you can always get it right the second time around.

Promising review: “If you love Birkenstock original sandals you will love these pair as they mold to your feet as well. As springtime brings water exposure these are perfect for the season and for around the house wear. I typically size down in Birkenstock sandals as they run large and need to fit snug. The sandals also have great traction for being just a slide. With this model, it’s very easy to maintain its cleanliness as you just spray and wipe to disinfect.” — Jfranco88
Price: $44.95 (available in women’s sizes 5/5.5-10/10.5 and four colors)
A Natori T-Shirt bra reviewers (and this writer) swear is the most comfortable lingerie they’ve ever worn. The contour underwire cups totally disappear under your clothes and come in a stretch fabric that breathes great and is buttery smooth.
I just adore Natori bras because they fit me like nothing else, they’re comfy as heck, and I can walk around all day without feeling like I have a couple of balloons strapped to my chest because, honestly, why do that to yourself? They’re a bit of a splurge for yours truly but oh-so-worth-it for the quality, comfort, and durability. I’ve owned this one and it was truly amazing. You cannot go wrong here.

Promising review: “I came to Nordstrom looking for bras to take on a trip to Italy that were comfy, supportive, and most importantly not too hot (to walk around in the heat all day). My previous bras were from Victoria’s Secret and my biggest complaint about them were how hot they were due to the thick foam (even the ones that weren’t push-up). I also couldn’t get the straps to stay up on those bras, ever. This Natori bra changed everything for me — it has to be the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. No itching, no snagging, smooth fit underneath clothes, NOT HOT, straps stayed up, the whole nine yards. I ended up buying three and am not looking back.” — Madelinegardner

An Estée Lauder 24-hour-wear foundation that 694 reviewers have called “perfect.” It’s buildable for medium-to-full coverage with a matte finish and comes in a whopping 54 shades, one of which should be just right for your flawless face.
5-star reviews: 3,900
Promising review: “Seriously, this is hands down one of my favorite foundations. I’ve probably own at least 15 different foundation brands. No judgment, please. I have high-end foundations that are upwards of $80, to the lower-to-mid range foundations. I have a tricky complexion to match but not anymore! Thank you, Estée Lauder for such a shade trajectory! I was concerned that a matte foundation that stays in place would be too much; not at all. Also, it is not settling into any fine lines. It actually looks radiant. I will no longer be on the hunt for the perfect foundation. I have found it.” — Firstladyfit

5-star reviews: 190
Promising review: “Zella’s basic T-shirts, both long- and short-sleeve, are high quality classic pieces for your wardrobe. I never pay $45 for a basic T-shirt, but with Zella I do. They wash great, wear as if they’ve never been worn or washed, and have great saturated colors. And I would say the fit is slightly generous without being schlumpy.” — Ilovespain

A high-precision Chanel mascara for volume and color so intense you’ll think you just put on falsies.

5-star reviews: 1,291
Promising review: “Does NOT disappoint! The black is the blackest and lifts and lengthens my stubby little lashes. I’ve had problems with mascara making my eyes water (I wear contacts), or making my eyelashes fall out, but far so good and no irritation. I will be buying this from now on. I’ll save $200 a month on extensions now, thanks. Chanel products never disappoint and are worth the price. Treat yo’ self!” — Nordstrom reviewer

5-star reviews: 855
Promising review: “I followed the reviews and bought this product in what seemed to be the favorite color (Painterly) and it does not disappoint. I thought I was using a good shadow base until I put this on. It does what it says it does. Shadow stays put and I don’t have to keep going back and forth with the brush to get it to completely fill in. I can’t say enough about the product and the color, just what everybody else says; get some.” — Julian50

A micro-ribbed cotton/modal blend elbow-sleeve tee with a ballet neckline that’s stretchy, has a tight fit reviewers think is just right, and is made of a material thick enough to actually prevent it from going sheer.
5-star reviews: 496
Promising review: “The neckline is scooped enough to show collarbone, but not too low at all. The material is nice; fairly soft and washes well. I’ve ordered the black and the white so far. I was pleased to see that the material is thick enough that it isn’t sheer. I sized up for a better fit. I’ve worn these with skinny jeans, leggings, and yoga pants.” — Wut2wear

A pair of Hoka One One running shoes to make you feel like your feet are walking on clouds and that also come in D width for those of us with wider feet.
That includes me. I’ve run in these, and would rank the comfort level somewhere between magical and life-changing. I found these super-cushioned soles great for being on hard pavement, and was surprised how much I enjoyed such smooth sailing considering I usually wear minimalist shoes and these are as maximalist as they come. The reason I even tried them was because it’s so hard to find a women’s shoe in D width, so thanks Hoka for being accessible and considerate!
Promising review: “I rarely buy sneakers because I am so picky I tend to stick with the same style and brand. I’ve noticed many people in my exercise class with this brand. Now I know why. I tried on other sneakers afterwards and nothing was even close to these. What a great neutral sneaker! I want more in different colors. I could live in these, they feel like I’m walking in clouds. My feet typically hurt by end of day but I’m wearing these now at the end of the day just to make them feel better.” — Cincymomof3
Price: $150 (available in women’s sizes 5-12, three widths, and five colors)
A Le Mer moisturizing cream that reviewers believe really lives up to the hype that it smooths and hydrates better than anything else.
Promising review: “I use to work at a high-end mall when I was much younger with very oily skin, so I never needed anything like La Mer even though it was all anyone talked about. Now that I am almost 40, my skin is getting really dry and nothing else works. This cream not only moisturizes but it also soothes my skin and it looks really good when I wake up. It is hard to explain but it really looks nice in the morning.” — Harper39
